If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refunds and returns policy.

The following terms and conditions apply to all products and services you have purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words whose initial letter is capitalized have the meaning defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Your right to cancel your Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving reasons.
The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not an intermediary, takes delivery.

We will refund you no later than 7 days from the day we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not owe any fees for such refund.

The following merchandise cannot be returned or canceled:
The delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The delivery of goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, spoil rapidly or have passed their best-before date.

The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return shipment for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were not sealed after delivery.

The supply of goods which after delivery are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and cancellation requests of goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Goods on sale can also be refunded, provided they meet the other conditions.

Returning goods

When purchasing physical products, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue refunds without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return received.


If the Products were designated as gifts at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as gifts when purchased, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the giver of the gift.
