  Good question! The founder of WP Concepts is Tal (MSc. International Economics and Business Development). Besides Tal, we have a passionate team of freelancers ready to help us with various tasks. We carefully select these freelancers on experience and reliability and build long-term collaborations with them.

• How do I get started after I sign up?

  After you sign up, we need to ask you for some details and send you our standard agreement. After your signature and payment, we need access to your hosting environment and the WordPress environment. From there, we can update, optimize and secure your website. 

• Also, can I get to know you first?

  We totally understand you would like to know who is taking care of your website. Call or email us to make an appointment, and we can have a (virtual) cup of tea. 

• I have multiple domains, can I get a custom quote?

  Yes, definitely! Feel free to contact us to discuss our options. 

• What is the notice period?

  Our monthly subscription has a minimum period of 3 months. After that, the subscription is cancellable monthly (with 1 month’s notice). Annual subscriptions are cancellable per year. 

• Do you also make websites?
